1 cup coconut milk
Ripe mango (chopped, frozen) 1 cup
Water 1 + 1/2 cups pineapple
1 teaspoon vanilla flavor • 1 tablespoon

How to make pineapple smoothie
1. Put strawberries, bananas, coconut pulp and coconut milk in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass as the first layer.
2. Put mango, pineapple juice, vanilla flavor and flax seeds into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into the glass as the second layer, decorated with almond sticks and toasted coconut, ready to serve.
