Baked pork belly with fish sauce

     Pork belly (Choose the one that has the least oily)
     Fish sauce for marinade
     Lightly crispy flour

Ingredients

     Tamarind juice
     Palm sugar
     White soy sauce
     Chili powder
     Roasted rice
     Lemongrass
     Chopped parsley

How to Cook Pork Belly with Fish Sauce

     1. Marinate the pork belly with fish sauce and leave for 20 minutes. After the time is over, add the crispy fried flour and mix with the pork a little. Then bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 15-20 minutes, then cut into pieces and put them into containers.
     2. Make spicy sauce. Put the tamarind juice into a pot, put it on fire, add palm sugar and light soy sauce. Simmer to a boil, remove from the heat, turn off the heat, wait until the mixture cools, add chili powder, roasted rice, lemongrass and chopped parsley, spoon into a bowl, serve with roasted pork belly with fish sauce
