Ingredients Fried pork rice Scrambled Egg Tonkatsu

     Pork Loin (1cm pieces, 150g weight) 1 piece
     Pinch of salt
     Alittleground pepper
     2 teaspoons green cap seasoning sauce
     A little all-purpose wheat flour
     3 eggs
     Breadcrumbs
     Vegetable oil (for frying)
     3 tbsp. vegetable oil
     1+1/2 tbsp. cooked Japanese rice
     1/2 cup instant hayashi sauce

How To Make Pork Tonkatsu with Rice condensed

     1. Place the pork tenderloin on the cutting board. Smash it with a hammer to beat the whole piece of meat. Sprinkle with salt and ground pepper. Add green cap seasoning sauce and mix well. Marinate for about 10 minutes.
     2. Mix pork tenderloin with all-purpose flour. Dip in 1 egg, followed by breadcrumbs. Fry in hot vegetable oil Use medium heat until golden brown. Scoop up and set aside to drain the oil.
