- 4 tablespoons chicken sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
Instructions fried mussels
1. Crispy flour Arrowroot Flour and rice flour into a mixing bowl add a little seasoning powder, lime juice (makes it crispy). Stir the flour well, add water. Stir the mixture, Add ground pepper , Add mussels and chopped scallions, stir well, keep the batter aside for a while.
